Continue Your Public Service.
Make Local Impact.

Civic Match is built for public servants — whether you're a career civil servant, a political appointee, a federal contractor, or a 2024 campaign staffer — who want to bring their skills to state and local government.

Civic Match is more than just a resume bank. Behind the scenes, our team of dedicated talent leads are working hard to match you with your next job. To get the most out of the program, create a profile, activate your candidate portal to search for and save jobs, and update your portal as you submit applications. Hiring managers are also actively recruiting Civic Match candidates – you may get an email from a hiring manager inviting you to apply for a role.
