This free, 8-week cohort gives city HR and operations leaders the tools and peer support to reduce time-to-hire, clarify workflows, and improve the candidate experience. This session provides an opportunity to ensure your application puts your city's best foot forward. We’ll provide an overview of what the program offers, what cities can expect, and how to apply.
WFA staff will also be on hand to answer in-depth questions and help work through your application, whether that's in a group conversation or one-on-one. Come with specific questions, a draft in progress, or just a general sense of where you're stuck. We'll meet you where you are.
