ROLE OVERVIEW

Work for America is seeking a Data Operations and Insights Coordinator to support data operations, reporting, and insights across our Civic Match program. This role will play a critical part in translating program activity into clear, reliable insights that support internal decision-making, learning, and accountability. • Support ongoing data cleaning, validation, and process improvements.

Measurement Infrastructure Implementation

  • Partner with an external consultant to execute the measurement framework and reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and automated pipelines.

  • Support testing, iteration, and refinement of dashboards based on internal stakeholder feedback.

  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and guides for data tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.

  • Support internal training and onboarding for staff using Civic Match data and dashboards.
