From Candidates for Civic Match Roles
When you apply to create a profile on Civic Match, we may collect personal information about you such as: name, email address, telephone number, job title, employer, information about your location and availability, information about your professional background and skills, and additional information about your job search which you may choose to provide to us. If you are matched with a role with an employer, please note that the employer may require you to provide additional personal information.
From Employers for Civic Match Roles
When you apply to view candidate profiles on Civic Match, we may collect personal information about you such as: name, email address, telephone number, job title, and employer. We may ask you to create an account, password, and/or to provide security question(s) and answer(s).
From Other Individuals
When you contact us or request information from us using the “How Should You Contact Us” section below or otherwise, follow us on social media, or like, comment, or share our content on social media, we may also collect the following types of personal information: name, email address, telephone number, content of communications with us, username and publicly available information.
From Users of the Sites
We also automatically collect tracking information from all visitors about how they use the Sites, including browser type, IP address, pages visited and other activities on the Sites, device type, and time and date of visit, and other information we collect through the use of cookies and similar technology.
