You’ll be paired with a dedicated Civic Match talent lead, who can support your search for the perfect match. Civic Match hiring managers also get exclusive access to our popular Civic Match Live events - virtual job fairs where you can meet Civic Match candidates.

Civic Match is a great fit for HR managers, recruitment leads and any professionals currently employed by a state, local or county government entity that are looking to recruit candidates for open roles. At this time, Civic Match is not available for use by recruiters, third parties or private sector employers.

Civic Match is typically a good fit for recruiting talent for a range of roles in policy implementation and local government leadership. Please review our jobs board for example roles and areas of specialty. We have an extremely diverse candidate pool, ranging from 1 to 20+ years of experience in a variety of fields. However, we don’t recommend posting roles that require state-based certifications, speciality technical experience not typically found at the federal level or direct service delivery.
